Big Lottery Fund exclusive networking event for Suffolk groups.
This is an opportunity for groups across Suffolk to attend a workshop hosted by ICVS and The Big Lottery Fund.
The Big Lottery Fund is keen to encourage eligible groups to apply to their Awards for All and Reaching Communities programme.
This event is aimed at voluntary and community groups across Suffolk. In particular Forest Heath, Ipswich, Suffolk Coastal and Mid Suffolk are districts currently under-represented in the take up of Reaching Communities funding and we would like to encourage groups from these areas to attend.
The event will provide an overview and question and answer session about Awards for All and Reaching Communities programme, followed by lunch and networking.
On the day, organisations will have an opportunity to register their interest in further information.
Reaching Communities funds projects that help people and communities most in need. Projects can be new or existing and we can make a reasonable contribution to overhead costs incurred by your organisation in carrying out the project. Every project we fund must respond to a problem or issue which needs change to occur to make things better for a group of people.
Awards for All, England offers grants of between £300 and £10,000 for projects that improve communities, and the lives of people within them. It is for voluntary and community groups, schools and health organisations, parish and town councils.
